The music curriculum course is designed to enable children develop skills that will help them in (Their daily lessons) Learning music will enhance different educational skills in the child. The present education system is mainly based on words and numbers (Based on I Q) Music can be very effectively used in the education system, because music in co-ordination of mind and body movement.

Music involves a lot of small activities which the child has to observe and practice carefully. To perform these activities both mental and physical coordination is required, where the mind and body works towards the small goal called the psychomotor unity. This is the first step towards a child developing an integrated personality and achievement of the same. As the child continues perform these activities a felling of self confidence and dignity develops in the child of what he is learning. Music in the long run enhances the child’s memory power, concentration, intelligence, social interaction etc. The Course conducted at Christ Academy strictly follows London Trinity College Syllabus: (International Examination Board of Music)
