Basketball Team

The basketball team of Christ Academy added one more feather to their cap by winning the prestigious Cambridge Inter-School Basketball Tournament held at Cambridge School, K.R.Puram on 30th and 31st October, 2009. After beating the host team handsomely, the Christites went on to beat India International School by a comfortable margin. In the finals, the young Turks of Christ Academy beat Bishop Cotton High School 52-20, to emerge champions. While Vishwajit Singh of Christ Academy was declared as the ‘best player of the tournament’, the school was unofficially declared as the ‘best disciplined team’ of the tournament.
